The pen has been my closest friend since childhood. Writing letters, words, stories and thoughts throughout my life, writing has been the passion that I have always returned to, over and over again. To deny it is futile. The ink flows onto the paper effortlessly, without force, it naturally takes its`place and forms the essence of who I am and of who I am becoming. Reading has also been a major part of my life, and the subject most often focuses on the mysterious, the unexplained, the things that lurk in dark shadows. Naturally my writing resonates the same of which I immerse myself in my reading.

Today I am proud to say that I am actively pursuing my dream of writing. Sharing this adventure with a good friend and collaborator, Pierre C. Arseneault, has been a great experience. I look forward to bringing to life many, many more spooky tales in collaboration with Pierre.

My name is Pierre C Arseneault and I am a dreamer from New Brunswick, Canada. Having mostly been published as a freelance cartoonist, publishing both cartoons and cartoon puzzles in newspapers since 2004, co-writing works of fiction is not as alien to me as most would think. My imagination happens to be the strongest muscle I have and working with Angella is allowing me to use it in ways that I have never been able to share with you before.

I truly believe that our imagination is the most powerful thing in the whole of our existence. Everything around you is born of someone’s imagination, from the computer screen you are looking at this very moment; the computer program that allows us to make this web site to the chair you are sitting on, someone imagined it all before it existed. Using their imagination people have been inventing all of these everyday things around us since man has existed.

This same imagination can also make monsters exist in our closets and under our beds. It can make you believe in things you know are not real and have never seen but yet your imagination can lead you into thinking these things could exist. It can create scary moments out of nothing and also create entire worlds if we try hard enough. It can convince one of what we believe is true when it really isn’t. Fool our own brains into the believing the unbelievable.

I have always had a very powerful imagination that can dream up characters, monsters and tales. Working together we will bring you tales of the bizarre, horrific and mysterious and I look forward to sharing this with you all.
